FAQs

How do I pick up my season pass?

Pre-Season (Highly Recommended)

Mt. Crescent hosts season pass pickup parties in the pre-season to give pass holders an opportunity to pick up their pass before the ski season is in full swing:

The ski lodge may also be open during select times before opening for the season to allow pass holders to drop in and snag their pass. Please keep an eye on our website, social media, and e-newsletters for more information. Picking up your pass early will save you and others time in line later, allowing you to maximize your precious ski and snowboard experience this winter.

During the Season

Season pass holders can pick up their pass any time the ski area is open during the ski season.

Do I need to do anything before I pick up my season pass? (YES!)
  1. Ensure your waivers are signed BEFORE arriving to pick up your pass. We cannot print a pass if waivers are not signed.
  2. Ensure you have a photo uploaded BEFORE arriving to pick up your pass. We cannot print a pass if a photo is not uploaded. Photos should show a clear image of the season pass holder’s face (preferably no hats, sunglasses, etc.).
  3. Click here to login to your account and make sure these items are taken care of.
  • If you are picking up a pass for an adult, make sure they have signed their waiver and uploaded their photo. We cannot issue a pass if this is not done.
  • If you’re picking up a pass for a minor, make sure the guardian whose account they’re associated with has signed necessary waivers and uploaded a photo for them. We cannot issue a pass if this is not done.
  • If you have purchased a season pass for another adult, they will need to create their own account, sign their own waiver, and upload their own photo in order to be issued a pass.

Thank you for doing your part to ensure a smooth and quick pass pick up experience!

How do I use my season pass?

Please ensure your pass is secured and visible to staff and lift operators at all times. Lift operators or other staff may occasionally stop and ask to scan your pass during your visit.

If you have your own equipment:

Simply walk onto the snow and hit the hill! Pass holders with their own equipment can access the lifts one hour before posted opening times.

If you have season rentals:

Stop by the rental shop to grab your gear, then hit the hill. No need to wait in line upstairs. As a reminder: Individuals with season rentals receive priority over regular rental customers, but we still highly encourage you to come out early (especially on the weekend) to secure your equipment.

Do season pass holders need to check in upstairs?

Already have your pass?

As long as you already have your season pass and do not need to purchase anything else, there is no need to check in upstairs. This also applies to sledding events for season pass holders—there is no need to check in, just grab a sled and go!

Haven’t picked up your pass yet?

Pass holders who have not picked up their pass must check in with the guest services counter upstairs first in order to receive their pass.

Can I update my season pass photo? (Yes, but the deadline is November 11th!) HIDDEN

Once you have selected and saved a photo to your account, you cannot update it yourself. Only Mt. Crescent staff are able to remove your photo in order for you to upload a new one.

If you would like us to remove your photo so that you can upload a new one, 2024-2025 season passholders must email info@skicrescent.com by EOD Monday, November 11th.

Please make sure new photos are uploaded by Monday, November 18th. This is so staff has enough time to get passes printed before our 2024 season pass pickup parties on November 22nd and 23rd.

As a reminder: We cannot print your season pass if you have not uploaded a photo. Thank you for your understanding!

Mt. Crescent reserves a no-refund policy for tickets and season passes and cannot be held responsible for weather or snow conditions. Mt. Crescent holds the right to modify hours at any time. Please read our refund policy before making any purchase. Thank you!
